Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Adhesives and consumable products with an expiry date are not returnable after 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at mail@constructionproducts.co.nz.

Sale items
Sale items will be refunded for the sale price that the product was purchased at, not the original retail price.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at mail@constructionproducts.co.nz and we will send you a return courier ticket.

Shipping
To return your product, please email as at mail@constructionproducts.co.nz and we will send a return courier ticket. Please note, if you are returning a product via another method, our delivery address is: Unit 8, 41 Porana Road, Glenfield, Auckland, NZ 0627.

Unless we have sent you a return courier ticket, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
