Shipping policy
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RURAL DELIVERY CUSTOMERS:
If you are ordering shipping to a rural address, the RURAL DELIVERY option MUST be selected during checkout. Failure to choose the rural delivery option will result in your parcel not being dispatched until rural charges are paid.
We run on tight margins, which is how we are able to bring you product at the great prices we do.
If you are at a rural address, we get charged an additional fee by the courier to deliver to you. This is outside of our control, and we cannot cover this cost at our expense.
Please choose the correct freight option and save us the time and hassle.

Please note: This Shipping Policy refers to domestic orders only. For international orders, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can meet your demands.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed during our opening hours are generally processed and dispatched on the same day as they are placed. Orders placed after 3pm may be dispatched the following day. During busy periods, orders may take an extra day to dispatch. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
ACCEPTABLE ADDRESSES
Construction Plastics ships to both home and business addresses in NZ. If you are expecting delivery to a construction site, please make sure the site is clearly described in the address, and that the site contains signage or is clearly marked for the delivery driver. We do not accept responsibility or risk for delivery drivers visiting sites.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please supply a physical address.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please contact us if you do not receive this information, or if there is an issue with the tracking.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Construction Plastics Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Construction Plastics Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
