Delivery Options

- Need an item urgently? Call us on (09) 444 2260 and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP. For Auckland locations, we can generally delivery within 2 hours for urgent delivery (charges may apply). For other national locations, we work closely with our logistics companies to provide a range of options for urgent delivery, please call us and we will get it sorted!

 

Hassle Free Returns

Buy any product from us, and as long as you keep it in its original packaging and in brand new condition, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Please contact us if you have a product you would like to return and we will send you a return courier label. Please note that the original delivery cost and return cost (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

*Please note:

Adhesives and consumable products with an expiry date are not returnable after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Moonbay Pedestal returns may include a restocking fee of $20 if the product is assessed to be dirty or disassembled. This will be communicated once the product is returned.
